REC Montenegro gathers an experienced team of professionals and experts with more than 20 years of hands-on knowledge and experience in driving excellent external relations with governments, private sector, NGOs and international organisations, in the areas of sustainable development and environmental protection/climate change.

Each team member brings specific expertise and knowledge contributing to delivering strategic thinking, planning and delivering successful projects and activities in various segments of sustainable development. Furthermore, experience in strong leadership, effective public participation, project development/design and budgeting, organizational and logistic skills accompanied with the work in a multi-cultural environment greatly contribute to the professional capacities of the organisation.

Proficiency in in Sustainable Development Management, Education for Sustainable Development, Stakeholder Engagement, Capacity building and Awareness rising, Environmental Management in accordance with national and EU and IFI’s/international standards (ESMFs/ESIA), are few segments of team assets gained in national, cross-border and international projects during the past two decades. The range of external experts the team have worked with in previous period, provides ground for proficient implementation of different actions and project, with highest quality performance.

REC Montenegro’s knowledge of different sectors’ functioning on national/regional level, together with management, communication and people relation skills and capacities, provide valuable standpoint for effective cooperation and dialogue with different stakeholders on national, regional and international level.
